We only have a few Terms and Conditions but please make sure you're aware of them before placing an order.
1. Paying for your products
You can pay for your products using card or Paypal.
2. How will my product be delivered - (Mainland only)
Small items will be delivered by Royal Mail please allow 2 - 5 working days.
FREE delivery with all orders over £75
For items that are heavier than 2kg we will use courier service which takes up to 2 working days a tracking number will be sent to you with you order.
We apologies as currently we do not send parcels to overseas and non mainland UK please contact us by e-mail to discuss further.
3. What if I need to return the product?
We hope that you are happy with our products, but in the unlikely event you may return the items to us within 14 working days for full refund or exchange.
All items must be unused and in its original packaging, please repack your items with care as they are your responsibility until they reach us.
The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us therefore we recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Our returns policy does not apply to some items such as soap, hand wash and commissioned work.
If your goods are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of their receipt by email along with photos of the damaged item and we will replace them. They must be returned to us together in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
